How I Started:
I started to notice that i was a little rounder than i wanted to be. I figured that while i was deployed i try my hardest to get into great shape.
Why I Love It:
I like knowing that what i am doing is going to help my overall health and looking good doesnt hurt either.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like seeing results from my hard work, i also want to look good for my wife and not be a fat slob like most men are these days.
BB Accomplishments:
lost 30 pounds and 7 percent body fat in 3 months.
