"I want to raise people's awareness of Cystic Fibrosis, and to encourage those of you that have it to not give up, don't let it run your life!!! My personal goal is to gain 35# of muscle naturally (175# goal). Also I am looking for supplement sponsor"
WWW.CFF.ORG I have cystic fibrosis, so I decided to run track in high school to help my lungs. I noticed that I was getting healthier but not gaining size (I weighed 115# when I graduated). Looking for people my size (height and weight) for ideas on building on my frame.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me active and makes me look better, so I feel better. And, no I dont, never have, nor ever will, use steroids....
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what happens if I stop excersizing, so I dont stop! The only one I need to impress is myself, and the mirror tells me I'm not impressed yet. I keep pushing to attain better health (and looks ;-D )
BB Accomplishments:
benched 240 at the police academy. Since then lost most of my muscle due to illness and neglect; now I have to start over, but not discouraged!

Just started heavy, not alot of fat on me, but not alot of muscle either, but that will change.
Doing better on weight gain, need more muscle mass. 6-day workout made a difference I think!
I want to raise people's awareness of Cystic Fibrosis, and to encourage those of you that have it to not give up, don't let it run your life!!! My personal goal is to gain 35# of muscle naturally (175# goal). Also I am looking for supplement sponsor
Goal (Long):
I would love to hit the 300# mark for press...but what I really NEED out of this is increased health and fitness to combat my Cystic Fibrosis...
I made a decision to change things up a little and start doing P90X for a while (at least a month, if not longer)... My arm causes me significant pain with any high weight, so I am going to change my style for a while... I know that my max's will fall, but I dont think that can be helped...
Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). Thanks for posting!
keep up the fight for a great cause! Very inspiring :)
If you are building naturally, you might enjoy eatcleanlifthard.com, great site and forum.
Take care!

Great work bro, keep up the awareness mission--it's a noble one! Nice pic by the way, launching into the abyss via rope swing. Looks fun!
