I put May of 2008 because I have taken off from lifting seriously since around October of 2007. I was super active in Highschool. I ran Cross Country, played basketball, baseball and ran track. I was 5'10 and weight 135 when I graduated HS. Over the past 10 years I have been up and down and really just want to control my size more accurately.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump that you feel when you finish a workout and I love the soreness that lets you know you did it right for the next couple of days.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and I always think I can do so much better. I am my worst critic. I hope.
My wife took this pic and I didn't really realize before just how bad i Looked until that picture. I will have to take new ones to see if there is any difference
Well I am proud of myself this week. I know I still have Friday morning, but I did get up and go to the gym at 0500 every day this week. I am feeling better about it also. I have to admit I am a little cocky now. I will post another photo in a month. I guess we will see then how my progress...
