I've been involved with sports for my entire life. Ever since I could walk I enjoyed playing sports. From winning the State Punt Pass and Kick competition when I was 10 to earning an all-state award in baseball my senior year in highschool, I was always keeping busy playing some kind of sport. When I was in 7th grade, I wanted to take my physical fitness to the next level and achieve the Presidential Physical Fitness Award. Little did I know that it would stimulate a life changing alteration in my personal life. With inpiration from action hero stars Sylvestor Stallone and Dolph Lundgren from Rocky 4, I jogged around in circles on my basement floor for 45 min. and after performed a light weight lifting routine for 30 min. Everynight I practiced this routine, and whenever I felt the need for inspiration, I would just re-watch the training montage from Rocky 4 to ignite mounds of motivation. Needless to say, I achieved the presidental award without a problem and afterward I vowed to myself that I wouldn't stop staying in shape and working out. It brought too much to my life. My teachers and peers gave me a new degree of respect, I had more confidence and most intriguing, I flat out loved the feeling of being in shape and holding a "pump". I switched over from the desire to "just being in shape" to holding a greater amount of muscle mass when I was a Sophmore in High School.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding and fitness changes all aspects of your life. Other sports and activities just can't say that. I learned this early on when I first started back in 7th grade that the reward in bodybuilding and physical fitness outweighs the rewards from other sports. You take your victories in the gym where ever you go. The results and the feelings you've earned don't diminsh some time after like other activities. To me, bodybuilding and fitness is a superior lifestyle that will maximize and enlighten all other aspects that you will encounter in life. It's really a beautiful thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing who I am and the goals I have keep my motivation in track. When I picture myself in the state of mind I will be in when I've achieved my bodybuilding and fitness goals, the feeling is too great to let any other desire stream forward. I try and keep this motto in my consciousness whenever doubt, laziness, or simply lack of desire enter my mind.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm currently a Campus Men model, headquartered in L.A. I would like to get into the fitness modeling industry in the near future along with similar activities. I also think competing would be a great experience as well.

Why I like this video: One of, if not the best physique in the bodybuilding/fitness modeling industry. In a mass-gone-crazy industry, I believe he has it right in his approach to bodybuilding; a guy who emphasizes quality over quantity. A direct replica of the ideal bodytype I would like to a achieve someday...or close to it.

Aaron, thanks a lot man for your (continuous) motivational comments! I'm trying out your recommended leg routine tomorrow! Here's to blowin' up the wheels to look like yours! thanks again, CJ
Aaron, thanks very much for your response and comments! I couldn't agree more on the dedication it takes to achieve goals. One question...your overall bulk is enviable (along with definition). Thoughts you have on building legs? My upper body has responded well to training. I have focused on training (but not overtraining) legs but with little "growth" success. Strength has come along very well...just can't seem to get them to grow! Thanks again Aaron, I appreciate it! Chris
You're welcome, Aaron. Keep up the great progress buddy.
