...So I guess we'll start here.. I had gotten pretty big (for me..) and decided I wanted a different look, so this is me a few months after that decision at my gym in Colorado
I upped my carbs. I feel like i have more energy, but I was leaner 2 weeks ago. Stupid carbs :( I guess it's time to back off again.

I want to never look out of shape and keep the confidence I’ve gained from fitness. At the same time I don't want to look like all I do is eat and train. Maybe it's just this time in my life right now, but I don't really care about how much weight I lift, sets or reps (not that I don’t write my w/o’s down or refer back to make sure I’m progressing)... I just want to do a little more than my last workout and keep improving my abilities. As long as I'm sore the next day (proportionally), I've done my job.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Potentially all of them I guess, but none in my opinion. People get hurt because of the above question.

so... i totally got sick this morning and could only do like 20 minutes of cardio before I got sick.... do you think it's that hydroxycut stuff? or that mixed with my multi-vit and an empty stomach???? I've been taking them for a few days now and this is the first time it's happened...

I never thought about the stuff at parks, thats a good idea, thanks;) I'm managing to get by with food (beans, rice, eggs, vegetables), necessary amounts of animal meat are still beyond what I can afford. It was really frustrating at first but I've gotten used it. I'm going to try to reassess everything my diet.
