How I Started:
Just very amateurly trying to lose weight and get into decent shape and after working out with a couple of friends offshore I really started getting more concentrated on getting in shape the right way. Plus after an event on a job once where I hurt myself and I could have prevented that by being in better shape than I was.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a good workout and how strong I feel afterwards.(However strong that may be)
Its also nice to have people compliment you on your figure. Although I don't have much to compliment right now.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and remembering that I don't want to look like I did but I have to work hard to look the way I want. Friends encouragement and the people on this website giving encouragement.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really think I have changed in shape that much since I have started but I can tell that my strength level has increased, but I still got a long way to go.

I want to strengthen myself as much as I can without bulking up too much and gaining too much weight, and I would like to cut down my body fat a lot. I want to get definition in my abs, and well everywhere else.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Crank up some good music, drink my cytonox, and then do a warm up. Sometimes i'll put on a fighting movie (never back down/ 300 etc.) or something like that.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Yes, since i have been exercising I have been watching what i eat and want to strive to do better not only with the fitness but also just everyday life.
I started today a new workout for me that a friend suggested last night. Its basically the same type of workout as the 300 challenge. Its a tough workout and will take a while to bet to where i can do it properly cause i am not conditioned to do that sort of workout. Its gonna be a good one. He...
