I was on a quest to get super lean, lose all body fat and maybe get toned up. I started out at 220 lbs and worked my way down to 165, and lost alot muscle in the process. About may of last year I started getting serious about gaining some mass and have done just that in leaps and bounds since.
Why I Love It:
I've fallen in love with the whole world of fitness since last year. The ability to have total contol over your body is something I value to a high degree.
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines, books, articles, I love going to the gym so thats never a problem.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a fat kid at 220 lbs, dropping to 155, and now weighing a solid 190 lbs at 8% bf.
-To continue gaining muscle mass while maintaining a relatively low bf%.
-To continue to gain strength
-To continue to improve my cardiovascular fitness level.
-To Continue to improve my overall conditioning in general.
I am now two and 1/2 weeks into my "conditioning" program. My goals for this program are to become a more well rounded "athletic" person, and lose bodyfat in the process. I started the program at about 9-1/2% bodyfat and have already managed to drop to a flat 8%, (at 190...
Upper body looking powerful. Gaining in size and definition. AND YES FINALLY those abs you've wanted. Worth the hard work right? SEE...a littl success here and there and it'll all come together. You'll see. Andre
You're right it all takes time but certainly must be very pleased of results from Sept. to now. There is thickness coming in on the upper chest and half way there with the lats. Just stay motivated and you'll get there. Andre
Gained some size and definition since March pics. Solid abs, YEA YEA I KNOW not perfect yet BUT coming, thick traps, solid definition on delts, biceps and triceps on the way. Agree chest needs to be thickened a bit and also more work on lats to really bring out that physique when posing HOWEVER it's all coming together. Continue the great job pf training. Andre
BF and waist have shrunk, definition and lifting stats up.Getting solid definition on delts, triceps and forearms. AND only a few more 1000 crunches/situps and there's the 8 pack. HA. Nice pacing towards your goals. Andre
Great job over the last year or so especially on chest/pecs, delts, arms/forearms. Solid "4" pack and two more on the way. Congrats and continued success with your goals. Andre
Now why couldn't I get nice people like you to leave comments on my photos? Instead I got some "Mr.X" and "jon222" to call me nasty names and I had to remove my "now" photo. I don't deserve to be abused, nobody here does, at least we are doing something about our bodies. Please people be nice to the newbies, we are trying, we came here for support not discouragement. Your program looks great and so do you, keep up the good work, and best of luck with your goals. Hugs. Kat
I too took the plunge from 220# to 159#, and lost the muscle. Kept the weight off for about 4 years then gained it all back. Now losing again, and keep the muscle with protein, nitric oxide and creatine. You look great dude, nothin to worry about. Keep up with your protein, it will help you build your muscle.
