I started working out to improve my performance in sports for college. My college sports days are over, but I fell in love with the weight room and bodybuilding.

Its a one on one session with cold hard steel...you either do it or you don't...You can't beat it!

Most Muscular @ 200
This was the most muscle I had ever put on. At 200 lbs I was strong, but I really wanted to drop body fat...17.9% was just way to much for me.  As of October 5, 2008, I am 184 lbs and I am fluctuating back and forth from 8-10% body fat. Not bad, but I still need to dial in in my diet to bring my abs out.

I put this workout together primarly increase my bench press. Its an 11 week program which hopefully, when I'm finished I will be able to use my current 1 RM of 400 for my working set of 3 x 3.
