I started working out to improve my performance in sports for college. My college sports days are over, but I fell in love with the weight room and bodybuilding.

Its a one on one session with cold hard steel...you either do it or you don't...You can't beat it!

This was the most muscle I had ever put on. At 200 lbs I was strong, but I really wanted to drop body fat...17.9% was just way to much for me.
As of October 5, 2008, I am 184 lbs and I am fluctuating back and forth from 8-10% body fat. Not bad, but I still need to dial in in my diet to bring my abs out.
