I want to hit 100kgs (220Lbs) of lean Muscle By Early 2009.
Goal (Long):
After spending all my teen years being the tall skinny / lanky guy.
I decided at 21 to start to Tone up. so i had a goal to leave my 68kgs behind and get to 80kg..
I then got to 80 but still wanted more im now 88kg and am after a great lean 100kgs..
So my tall 6'3" Body can be something im proud of.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 12 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

allgood bro. dp - display pic. my diet? i use the ANTF method. type ANTF in the search bar and you will find a couple of articles on it. It makes the most sense in diet that ive ever read. :D - Nik.
sounds good buddy. any particular reason why youve cut out supps? l glutamine is a massive recovery supp. apart from that diet will get you a long way. new dp is looking really good bro. i wouldnt bother cutting if you look like that. youre still around 7-9% bodyfat. no need to cut. you obviously have a fast metabolism.

Yea bro to put on weight as spesh if your that tall you need to eat heeeeeaps! i cant eat big so its hard for me to gain weight. Let me know how the workout gos bro!

workouts, how are they going for ya?
if you want something new read my blog basicaly get rid of reps work your muscle to complet fatigue so reps till you are getting spotted (6-8) then negatives till you cant hold the weight. only do one set for each muscle then rest that muscle for a week then hit again the same and make sure you up the weight youl be suprized the strength gains bro! and only one set per muscle. after youv done that for 3 or 4 weeks go uo to two sets.
Hey bro thanks. your looking pretty good the big thing for putting on weight is eating heaps bro! go for 2grams protein per kg of weight,and 4-5grams of carbs per kg of weight. your pretty tall so i would say stay away from aerobic stuff just while your bolkin.i run heaps as a job so im stuck wen it comes to putting on weight its hard for me. stay away from sh*t food but if its a choice between eating crap or not eating get those calories in ya!!!
