yeah, just to check mail and stuff. Everythings going great with us. Yours is growing up fast i bet. We missed you at the 10 yr reunion. Do you have any big competitions coming up?

Hey, thanks for the comment. I guess as far as motivation goes, make long term goals with hard work now. See how you change from month to month and don't get down on yourself if you don't see changes immediately, you will if you just keep at it. think about how different you will look in a few months and then a few months after that. Good luck on your goals.

nice job losing 25+, i think you've got a great way of thinking with wanting to lose 5lbs every month. I think too many people want to lose it all RIGHT NOW, and then get discouraged when they don't. Great job.

i'm almost down 100 lbs from the middle of last may. It's kind of a goal although i'm fairly comfortable being able to buy clothes where i want and being at the weight i am, and that's more important than a number to me.
