How I Started:
Our High School football Weight training program that was geared to high strength gains. Now i'm focusing on building muscle and staying safe while i transform myself.
Why I Love It:
I like to see progress in my self. I know that things progress slowly, but if i've seen this much change in the last few months, then i can only imagine what is in store for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by switching things up a bit from time to time. By shuffling lift days and adding new lifts, i keep things fresh.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Barbell curls working my inner bicep, supersetted with dumbell curls focusing on my outer bicep

Good ol bench seems to do the trick, especially when you superset it with tricep extensions.

Well I missed the 10 year reunion because I was competing at Nationals in Chicago that weekend. Im done competing this season ... now its time to get huge! Im shooting for 275lbs this offseason. And yes, Alexis is growing up wayyyy to fast. Take care bro and stay in touch!

Hey man, thanks a lot. You're right! I've done it before and now how good it feels to get compliments and buying smaller clothes.
