Our High School football Weight training program that was geared to high strength gains. Now i'm focusing on building muscle and staying safe while i transform myself.
Why I Love It:
I like to see progress in my self. I know that things progress slowly, but if i've seen this much change in the last few months, then i can only imagine what is in store for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by switching things up a bit from time to time. By shuffling lift days and adding new lifts, i keep things fresh.
Well I missed the 10 year reunion because I was competing at Nationals in Chicago that weekend. Im done competing this season ... now its time to get huge! Im shooting for 275lbs this offseason. And yes, Alexis is growing up wayyyy to fast. Take care bro and stay in touch!
Hey brotha! How is training going ... how is life? catch me up on whats happening with the fish.
im prep'n for Junior Nationals this June. Started my diet about 2 weeks ago!
Holla at cha boy!
Hey man, thanks a lot. You're right! I've done it before and now how good it feels to get compliments and buying smaller clothes. Sometimes I just need that boot-in-the-ass to kick out of the door and today I did.
I feel great! I'll post some pics up and measurements for the start.
Thanks again Aaron.
Cheers!
-Brandon
Hey Aaron! Great job on the transformation! I'm in the process now of hyping myself up and actually getting to work on being a smaller me.
Any quick motivation tips you can trow my way?

-Brandon
