How I Started:
As cheesy as it sounds, it was my new years resolution and once I stayed with it and started seeing results I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the way workin out makes me feel in and out of the gym. I love how no matter how much improvement I see, I never feel like its enough. Its and addiction I cant get enough of.
How I Stay Motivated:
haha, I think of my ex wife....Kind of a revenge thing, but hey it works and I love being as strong in the gym as some guys that are twice my size. They look at me like WTF...its a great feeling

In one year, I went from an unfit 140 pounds to an in shape 185 pounds.

Goal (Long):
Well I didnt quite make it to 200 pounds, but 195 was pretty close. Now I am trying to cut down and want to get my bf% down to single digits. Im interested to see how much of a transformation Ive made in one year. I just started weightlifting for the first time this year and its definitely changed my life. Ive learned so much and still have way more to learn and alot farther to go. I plan on bulking again for a few months, once im back to my home station. And I finally get to go home in May and I know that I will totally look different from the last time my friends and family saw me. I cant wait.
Im officially 2 weeks into my first legitimate cut cycle. Never really done one before but I've put on alot of weight in this last year due to finally getting in the gym seriously for the first time ever. Its goin pretty good and watching what I eat and counting calories and carbs, fats,...
