How I Started: As cheesy as it sounds, it was my new years resolution and once I stayed with it and started seeing results I was hooked.
Why I Love It: I love the way workin out makes me feel in and out of the gym. I love how no matter how much improvement I see, I never feel like its enough. Its and addiction I cant get enough of.
How I Stay Motivated: haha, I think of my ex wife....Kind of a revenge thing, but hey it works and I love being as strong in the gym as some guys that are twice my size. They look at me like WTF...its a great feeling
BB Accomplishments: In one year, I went from an unfit 140 pounds to an in shape 185 pounds.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Train like a mad man and work harder than those around you...GO BIG OR GO HOME!!!
Goal (Long): Well I didnt quite make it to 200 pounds, but 195 was pretty close. Now I am trying to cut down and want to get my bf% down to single digits. Im interested to see how much of a transformation Ive made in one year. I just started weightlifting for the first time this year and its definitely changed my life. Ive learned so much and still have way more to learn and alot farther to go. I plan on bulking again for a few months, once im back to my home station. And I finally get to go home in May and I know that I will totally look different from the last time my friends and family saw me. I cant wait.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Im on a strict 2000 calorie diet. Which puts me at about a 600-700 calorie deficit. 45% carbs, 45% protien, and 10% fats
