How I Started:
It all started when I had signed up for Freshman football at the end of my 8th grade year. I would hit the weightroom every week and soon enough I noticed changes to my body. After that I was hooked with weightlifting and was no longer the scrawny kid I used to be. The years of HS Indoor & Outdoor Track, Football, Soccer, & Cross County has conditioned and reshaped my body in ways i never that it would. I love being active and mobile
Why I Love It:
Whether I'm stressed or upset going to the gym helps me relax. It's doing something productive for my body which is keeping me fit,energetic, and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually listen to music to help with motivation. However when I was in HS,my coaches would also tell me to push harder cause they knew I had potential in me and to stop being lazy. By listening to them I was able to dramatically increase to a level of speed I thought I would never had,which took me to State Levels and strength I never knew I could get to.
beware to not lose muscles and fat in the same time, when I tried to lower bf, I lost 700 gram of mass and 3 k of fat. you should read some useful info through net on how to lose fat without lose any mass - keep on touch with progress - good luck bro.
