What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
yell inside and hit my chest and or think of the weigth being ligther than it is
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12 reps per set.i think it is a good range.

Well what are your goals, are you trying to add size or cut down? I would suggest looking at the nutrition tab on the left side of the screen, there's millions of examples. The best possible thing you cam do is educate yourself on clean eating principles and nutrient timing

My training slow. Its almost September, so time to hit the gym with Los Vegas in mind. I've been doing online - edumacation.. then hopefully, go into culinary arts. My dream goal.. be a cook/nutritionalist, and do the fitness shows on the side.. Not a bad life..lol. Keep up the hard work. If your profile pic is a 'base' then you've got good genetics. If its a progress photo, way to go.. ya look good. Keep up the hard work.

Just getting back into it after surgery for skin cancer on my left arm. Be very careful out in the sun,that is how I got the skin cancer.
