This was taken 2006, looking slim - mainly into running and just starting bodybuilding. Had no method of training - no clue!
Just another progress picture to appease the BB.com machine, here I'm @ 189.4 lbs and 9.6% BF. Happy, think weight is steadly going up and BF is remaining the same.
Why am I feeling bad for wanting to live a healthier lifestyle? Why do ppl insist upon sarcasticly criticizing what I choose to eat or not eat. Why is it ppl pass on a feeling of guilt for going to the gym, as though the concept is selfish or vain? Why are the ppl I care most about the ones...
Day 1 - chest, abs, leg group, chest
Day 2 - back, abs, leg group, back
Day 3 - shoulders, abs, leg group, shoulders
Day 4 - biceps & triceps, abs, leg group, biceps & triceps
Only take days off when body tells me, rarely...
Constantly rotating different exercises in and out...
Thanks. I'm looking to make a career out of being a fitness "personality" over the next few years. My age is not going to hurt me, but will in fact help me, as I will specialize in how diet and exercise can keep you youthful, the living proof being me. The leaner body has more commercial appeal and appeals to women more as they are, as you said, kind of off-put by huge body builder types. I lose the women I lose 50 percent of my potential acolytes. BTW, no homo accepted. LOL.
Thanks for the add & wonderful words of encouragement! I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write to me...best of luck w/your training as well!
Hi Chris! thank you so much for the very kind words and friendship invite - I see you are a military man, please also accept my sincere appreciation for serving our country! I want to wish you the best on your training :) I hope you'll drop by from time to time to say hello and let me know how you are doing so I can get to know you - I enjoy hearing from my friends - hope you have a good weekend too ~ Jen
