Goal (Long):
Exercise goal:
Work out daily!! Yoga twice a week.
Body composition:
Lose 2lbs. per week, for a total of 8lbs. per month until I weigh 160lbs. I will reasses goals at that point.

No I did not weight train at the same time. I tried to do both and I was not seeing any results. Plus, weight training makes me so hungry! And it's hard to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. It can be done...just not for me!
