What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Definitely get a good trainer to help at least start you out with a regimen because you don't know what your doing and you will be wasting your time in the gym and won't see any results and will get fustrated and then stop going- which i see ALL the time..Do yourself a HUGE favor and invest some $ in a trainer, it will definitely be worth it and well worth the money, TRUST ME.Definitely get a good trainer to help at least start you out with a regimen because you don't know what your doing and you will be wasting your time in the gym and won't see any results and will get f...more

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I don't need to get motivated and energized, i;ve incorporated working out/exercise as a daily routine, its like my job.

What can be said...well except the Judges must have been BLIND! Ok ok OOOOH Kay. Honestly I felt like throwing my shoe at them, but I like them (my shoes...very comfortable).
But I enjoyed the show and you have a FANTASTIC BODY! GIFT a INCREDIBLE GIFT from GOD!
