What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I don't need to get motivated and energized, i;ve incorporated working out/exercise as a daily routine, its like my job.

What can be said...well except the Judges must have been BLIND! Ok ok OOOOH Kay. Honestly I felt like throwing my shoe at them, but I like them (my shoes...very comfortable).
But I enjoyed the show and you have a FANTASTIC BODY! GIFT a INCREDIBLE GIFT from GOD!

you are in amazing shape. way to go! maybe you could give me some advice as i also am a nurse. is it possible to get in amazing shape like you when im working full time twelve hour shifts without killing myself?
