I WAS A VERY GOOD SOCCER PLAYER AND STARTED LIFTING WEIGHT FOR SOCCER.MY BODY RESPONDED VERY WELL AND AFTER 2 YEAR WORKING OUT I QUIT SOCCER BECAUSE I GAINED TOO MUCH MUSCLE AND DID MY FIRST SHOW AT 18.
Why I Love It:
COULD NOT IMAGINE LIVING A LIFE OF SMOKING,EATING JUNK FOOD AND BEING LAZY.
How I Stay Motivated:
KNOWING THAT YOUR BODY CAN ALWAYS BE BETTER.
BB Accomplishments:
4 WINS AT SHOWS A RECENT 4TH OUT OF 40 AT THE JUNIOR NATIONALS AND ALL AT AGE 23.

how many grams of protein/lb would you suggest for a cutting cycle? it's the first week of cutting. and would you bump it up as the cycle goes on or leave it constant? thanks a ton man, you inspire a lot of us
Looking great, as usual, how have you been? Oh I forgot to ask you, have you turned pro yet? I’m in the United States for a 2-week holiday, but very far away from you. I’m in Georgia, in fact. I hope we can exchange details and get in touch whilst I’m here. There’s a lot to learn from a master like yourself!
