How I Started:
I gained a lot of weight and really did not realize it until I saw some pictures. Pictures don't lie!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong and in control. I love the lifestyle. And I love that I have such a great and supportive husband.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that there is always something to improve on. I'm never finished. Just having the opportunity to step back onstage is a blessing. Figure competitions are the perfect outlet for me.:)

2006 Mile High Figure Class A 2nd place
2007 Axis Labs Natural Colo. A 3rd place
2008 Mile High Figure Class A 5th place-incidently my worst placing, but the best my physique has ever looked plus a super tough class!:)
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
No longer than a minute, to keep my heart rate up

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It's never the same it will vary from 4 sets of 6's to 4 sets of 20's. It just depends on what body part I am working on that day and what the goal is at that time.
