I am not sure what my weight is at the moment, but I want to lose 4 pounds a month until my birtday in May.
In May I want to run a good, competative time in a 5K.
Stop drinking sodas/sugar drinks, eat more veggies and no fast food.
Okay...got out of Iraq safe and sound. Unfortunately i've been slacking in this page and my workouts. Back in the gym now. Hope everyone is doing well :)
