I have to give credit to Tom Venuto, cause a read several of his article and from those, I adapted my diet with a precise "carb" timing. Meaning that whatever the amount of carbs I have for the day (Low, Med or High Carb) I will place them around my workout, pre, intra, post.
I read about this months ago and with this system is how achieve my best shape ever, newly there are many “Methods & Diets” and since I like to experiment with nutrition, I try something new from time to time, but my main “template” is the carb timing.
