Short Term - I want to use the rippetoe program to gain some solid mass and to tone my body for spring break. Long term - I want to gain 25 lbs of muscle by August and establish body building as a part of my everyday schedule.

Alright I am starting up a program to focus on about a 10lb mass gain in the next 2 months. I will post weekly pictures of my progress and update my max's. Please provide as much advice as you can for my program and advancements.
