Alright I am starting up a program to focus on about a 10lb mass gain in the next 2 months.  I will post weekly pictures of my progress and update my max's.  Please provide as much advice as you can for my program and advancements.

rippetoe's was awesome man, it brings those compound lifts up like mad and adds a nice base.
