Workout Program:
Full body workout every other day, cardio in between days.
2 sets on everything, 12-15 rep range for most things, 1 warmup set on certain things.

Bench
Machine flys
Incline or Decline bench

Cable rows
Pull downs
1 arm rows

military press
dumbbell press
side lats / front lats

cable pushdowns
close grip bench

cable curls
dumbbell curls

leg ext.
leg curl or hack squats

wrist curls
hanging leg raises
situps

calves randomly throughout routine
