I'm sure you'l notice a big difference. When I've cut out alcohol completely (red wine), my bf% got the lowest ever.

Dan - In your profile pic you look very close to a 6-pack. So it should not be too difficult dropping 1 or 2% bf (Cut out the beer mate - easiest way to drop some bf!) Anywayz I wish you success and eagerlywait for some 6-pack progress pics soon...
