I just want to maintain my athletic physique, lose a few excess pounds and look good.
Goal (Long):
I'm comfortable with my body as is and I have been tyring lately to eat healthier for the most part. I just want to shed a few pounds and in doing so hope to work on defining my abs and sculpting my legs a little more then they are right now. My arms are very thin and not muscular at all, which isn't a bad thing, but I'd like to get a little more meat on them, as I can almost wrap my fingers around my biceps. My legs are fairly muscular for my size/weight from soccer and track, which I participated in High school, but since then I have gained a little unwanted fat in my thighs. I'm a size 4 usually (depending upon what brand name pants) so I'm really not looking for anything extreme in size reduction. I just want everything to stand out a little more than it already does.
I want to clarify my weight goal also, it's not that I want to lose and keep off 13 pounds. I want to lose 13 lbs of FAT and keep it off, but re-gaining it in muscle is fine with me, I don't really need to be 13 lbs lighter!
Hey Sexy! Well I was really busy working with my brother he owns a production company, and we are trying to get advertising done for a concert we are putting on. So we have been pretty busy with that.
same here. In fact i'm enjoying myself lol. This week is a huge festival for my race therefore I took a break. No gym no diet this week. Just down those delicacies. Hope I wont gain any weight during that period.
