When I Started:
How I Started:
my dad used to bodybuild in the 60s and was always a big bloke for saying he was only 5foot7 tall and i was always a lanky streak of piss to be honest because i grew to 6foot2 tall. Then started trainin and was then your bigger than average bloke but only just really.
Why I Love It:
when i am in the zone i love the pump and when total strangers come asking my advice.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats the hard part really i think we all need to listen to our bodies which is something that comes with age. Just remember that rest is when we grow. We all need time off now and then something when your younger you dont want to do but its a MUST.

Sorry to hear about your knee, it really sucks when injury sets you back...but you know, that is the test of a real champion, how we function in the face of challenges - mental, emotional and physical....and for sure you have a fantastic positive attitude & determination so I am sure you will keep powering on no matter what...all the best with all your life goals....Belinda
very good to hear bro, you will be back better then ever!!- well I have decided to do my 1st show spring 09- is a huge step for me, mentally I am ready - physically i have much to do and learn, but looking forward to the experience for sure!
hey, I feel for ya bro. I had knee surgery back in November and it's still giving me trouble. My medial menicus and ACL are both gone, I may have to have a knee reconstruction in the fall. Set backs suck! Hang in there man! Best of luck to ya!
