I see the dedication. Keep it up. Your going to be building muscle and losing BF. You can do it. I lost 135lbs in a year and hope to inspire all. Check out my pics. So if I can do it so can anybody. Determination and Dedication is the key.

Finished my nursing training last year, but have just been been training in a specific area and sat the exam earlier today infact! So pleased its over(for now) - just need to get back into the training! Ty, wish you a great 2010 too!x

Thanks Oz. I've been following his progress for a while, before anyone here was talking about him. I like how he's set himself the target of a 970 raw deadlift which is insane but I wouldn't write him off if he moves up a class.
If it one day happens for him that would be an incredible achievement when you consider how slowly the raw record has moved over the last 2 decades.
