When I Started:
Apr, 2008
How I Started:
I've always been a healthy & active type of kid, but I really started to gain interest when I saw my friend go from 120 lbs to 180 lbs within a year. And after that I got the mind set that 'If he can do it I can do it'. And well I'm doing it, & loving every bit of it!!
Why I Love It:
Because its where I can escape from absolutely everything around me, any problems or anything. It's a great sport and it's just good to be healthy & in good shape! Plus, who doesn't like looking good?
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the big guys lift the big weights & cranking my tunes as high as they go!!
BB Accomplishments:
to keep my waist small, yet pack on the size on my upper body & the wheels.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Yes I do, you can force reps out, and use higher weights, and in over-all just push yourself so much harder

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12, but I'm wanting to go a little heavier, so the lowest I'll go is 8 reps, but only for one set.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I normally rest 30-40 seconds, keep the pump going. I don't rest any longer so that I can keep my focus, any longer and I'll get distracted or something like that.
Hahaha, I was just going to ask you about that. Next paycheck I'm grabbing some Animal Pak, White Flood, ON Whey, some cheap creatine ($18.99 for 200 servings), and some liver tablets.
Haha yeah, I noticed they were pretty old. Supplements are definitely the way to go. I've got to get myself some decent creatine and some sort of pre-workout supplement. I was thinking about getting some nitric oxide, but I'm not really sure what brands to go with.
thank you for your friendship invitation, I sincerely appreciate it. I apologize it has taken me a while to say hello, I get tied up with school! Best wishes on your goals and training.
