As I've been dancing my entire life and suddenly realized I needed a change. Gymnastics stuck, but I became interested in the world of running. From that point on the pounds shed, and I started crossing over to the heavy metal. But, as a girl, I've been spoiled a bit too much by pilates. I just need to find time to balance it all. I have been exposed to the (fashion) modelling industry before and believe me, it's not fun trying to fit into ridiculous perimeters. I'm here to try and find fitness in a healthy way, and feed some muscle.
Why I Love It:
The change you see in your body is phenomenal. I haven't been able to focus as deeply on it in the past half year, but I am back, baby!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation...hard to find. I just remind myself that all the tedious plans will be worth it in the end. Of course a kickass tune in the background helps very much.

Get a body to intimidate others and show how much work I've put into it. Stick to a realistic nutrition plan and find a middle ground that satisfies not only my body but my mind as well. FIND OTHERS TO HELP INPUT the best way I can shed the softness and find some cuts in my physique; meet anyone with an indescribable love for this lifestyle. Speak up!
Eventually I would love to be in a magazine to tell the story I've gone through, from being ignorant of nutrition completely through my early teens to becoming sucked into the dangers of the Female Athlete Triad.
I want to be able to showcase something I am proud of, and have given my all to, that I don't have to express with words.
I've been getting my fine little ass to the gym every day, working alternating body parts, doing my core everyday, cardio in the mornings, and another set after my weights. I swore I would never want to see another medicine ball again on Thursday night, but after work (7AM - 6PM) it lured me...
Your pics look great, love the placement of the tattoo, I am a sucker for them, and that area makes even hotter, keep up the hard work, it will help you reach your goals.
