Nice! Good to hear. 7% huh? Not sure if I can even get there anymore, but I'll try LOL Taking care of a strange back/shoulder/chest injury that occured BEFORE lifting last Thursday. Since it happened prior to getting to the gym, I don't know what triggered it. It's healing slowly so I'm taking this is my training split downtime.
