I like to do 10 press up's when I wake up and when I go to bed. I also like to do 10 sit up's when I wake up and when I go to bed.
Than every 2 days I do 20kg 100 times (NOT IN ONE GO) do ten than have a little brake. I wait every 2 days so the muscles that I streched I fill with protein
hey there hot sutff, wish you the best of luck with your goals! Just remember, mix up the routine some so your body doesn't get used to the exercise, and toss in a little cardio too. It'll help the blood flow for the weights! Good luck! And I look forward to seeing some progress pics!
Hey man, just turned 17 a few days, always good 2 see a fellow teen get into bodybuilding. Just keep at it and u get where u want. As u continue to weightlight u learn a lot more about it, you can never know it all. gd luck

whats going on. a big part of all the workouts is your diet, do some research and find some foods that are good for you and your muscles. i had to do a lot of resarch on workouts and diets. you can do it just don't loose sight of your goals.

hey way to get things goin at 15! i wish i started earlier, but it took me a year in college gettin pushed around for me to realize it was time to put on some weight. Stick with it!!!
Hey fella, keep the diet clean to a certain extent & have a cheat day every 7 days to keep that metabolism guessing.
Change something in ur routine every 3-4 weeks, u weill fel when it goes stale.
Keep plenty of protein in ya my friend & read, read read, dont forget diet is the key & do the exercises u like, it will keep u motivated.
PS where u can stick to the multi joint & big compound exercises.

hey bro whats up? way to start early. the only thing i see slightly wrong is the way you strain your back in the video. when u lift weight off the ground like that, lift with your thighs and arms rather than your back.
wow, it's great to see your starting so young.i was barely younger when i started. but because of sports i never tried to bulk up till recently.
everyone leaving you a little bit of info so heres mine. just make sure to read everything you can get your hands on. the more you know the better off youll be.
dont get down when you experience setbacks. and dont push yourself too hard, your body is still growing.
Hey dude don't get down you got a lot of growing to do. I started lifting when I was freshman before that I was real active in sports and did pushups/pull ups and stuff like that. Stay active eat well and lift weights you can lift. It will all come. You will surprise yourself. I got faith. ciao
