I started lifting my Sophomore year in High School. Wasn't too serious about it though. After I finished High School I started training in MMA for awhile which gave me a new aspect on fitness and discipline. Towards the end of 2007, I started to focus my time more on weight training rather than getting punched in the face!
Why I Love It:
I like the idea of standing out from the crowd.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a lot of work ahead of me and I know that I can be better.
oh yeah its ridiculous man. just a bunch of dudes with tiny legs workin out their upper body all day starin you down n shit haha LOTS of hot girls though! keeps it motivating i guess. i usually just try to only see metal and no stinking human flesh. im gonna hopefully major in sports sciences
no i quit i just couldnt handle two jobs n school and training on top of that! yeah winter is packing season i guess im doin heavier legs too tryin to bulk the hell up! i work out at defined now but that place sucks man. aside from the equipment being pristine.
I fully agree - if your basic nutrition and diet isn't there the supplements won't help. Which is why I'm focusing on getting my diet back on track. Keep working on getting "huge and ripped" I've got no doubt that when you take those pictures next year that you'll be just that. You're off to a great start after all!
No and I was disappointed as I heard such great things about Cellmass. I've also tried it with NO Xplode. So, I've laid off the supplements for a while as I rework my nutrition. Once I think I'm on the right track there I'm going to try them again and see what happens, probably towards the end of the month. BTW, you mention you lost some definition but you still look pretty defined to me in your pictures, just bigger! Keep up the great work.
Things are a little stagnant for me right now, but I think I'm back on track (again). So, you've had good luck with creatine? Whenever I've tried it I haven't noticed much difference. Which brand did you use?
Hey Ryan, I see you've put on 10 lbs over the summer. I imagine that it was all good "solid" weight and that your training is going well. Keep up the good work!
lol..hey no problem! congrats on finding time to workout consistently even after a long day.. that must be why you're looking so good bro! I should follow that advice ;)
