Mon - Friday off on the weekends.Monday is chest and arms.Tuesday is shoulders back and legs and it is the same the rest of the week. Do 5 sets of 5. I am doing this work out to build mass and to get stronger.

Well right now Im taking all types of weight gainers. Mass xxx, Serious Mass by ON, and Up your mass by MHP. Im really close to 200 so I plan on being a serious threat for my next comp. What about u?
