Workout Program:
Mon - Friday off on the weekends.Monday is chest and arms.Tuesday is shoulders back and legs and it is the same the rest of the week. Do 5 sets of 5. I am doing this work out to build mass and to get stronger.

I'm an Ecto- so I have low BF%, and I'm short enuff tha every LBS I gain is sort of noticable, but it's hard- I've eaten tons of protein powder. Good luck man!

Thanks for the compliment man!! I started walking every other day for like thirty min. Then I would drink a crap load of water immediately after, wait about ten min, and eat. i did that all the way up to contest time.
