How I Started:
I went away to a boring college town...started to work out, ever since then its been a way of life for me.
Why I Love It:
I see my body as a canvas and find it intriguing how I can alter it and change it's shape through different exercises. It also gives me a high like no other, and confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's always been hard for me to gain mass, so its hard to stay motivated at times, but I try to stay positive and remember that most people in the gym that are huge are at least 5 years older than me...then I laugh and get back to lifting more than they can.
