I want to totally transform my body. I have not yet taken measurements but will begin shortly. I weigh 175 and wear a size 12/14. My goal is to get down to a size 5, which I think would put me around 130. "My main goal is to slim down and tone up by June 10th - my 30th birthday". I AM going to get results!!

thanks for askin about me, I've totally changed my training....short, quick but still decently heavy lifting and really upped the cardio, i set some lofty goals and I'm way behind..But I WILL NEVER give up!!
I'm always sneakin around checkin in on my friends...I love seeing the transformations and progress. And I'm a big cheerleader of anybody who puts their focus into doin it! And dont worry that u didnt start when you were supposed to, its never too late! keep those meals as clean as you can.... your nutrition(I hate the word diet) will be your best friend or biggest enemy

Just post them when you are ready too okay. As for me ive been training well, Just maintaining my lean muscle mass alittle, Trying to eat clean as possible. Just read your blog, I know the feelings all to well as do alot of people on here. I'm trying to cut right now myself. It is a constant battle and let me tell you IF I CAN do it (and I'm doing it this time) then YOU CAN too! Keep up the work and you'll be real proud of yourself on that thirtieth bday!
