Take a year off, build some mass and compete again in late 2010, or spring 2011.
Goal (Long):
After taking 5th in the novice light heavyweight class at the 2009 NPC NJ State/TriState Championships, I have a new outlook on everything. Time to put in some quality time with food and training. I will stay leaner and harder during the off season so that I can come back shredded when the next stage appearance comes.
