Sports and family. My mother was always fit and hit the pool atleast 6 days a week. It started out as a necessity for sports and grew into a religion for life.

Never satisfied, always pushing for one more rep or one more mile, Looking in the mirror I can always see improvement and set new goals.
BB Accomplishments:
After my body went to sh!t through college, I bounced back and lost 40 pounds and 7 inches off the waist. Best shape I've ever been...only to improve on that.

I was so unhappy with myself at this point. I worked so hard through high school and college and let it all go to bad diet, T.V., and Beer. I felt physically drained and ashamed.
Finals and work have been working me over pretty hard, but finally I'm done and able to start up a consistent routine again. I've been stickng to push/pull routine for the past month so I can at least incorporate every major muscle group. This has actually been a good thing as I'm utilizing...
I really enjoyed last weekend off. I did almost nothing except workout, lol! Started a new diet and supplementation programs. See today's blogs. Train chest, tris and abs tonight. Getting ready to change my workout ups next.
Well, three times a week can be very good for gaining. I use that schedule currently. I am doing good. Overtime should be done now. I am just clearing off my desks and handing things over to the auditors.
I think it's great that you did. I love seeing when guys our age refuse to become sedentary like most guys our age. Training is going great. I'm doing my best to minimize the damage Thanksgiving is going to do to me. :)
