What ZzW3iZ Is Up To:
Nov 25, 2009
ZzW3iZchanged Weight from 214.9 lbs. to 214.8 lbs., a 0.1 lb. loss in 2 days
I was so unhappy with myself at this point. I worked so hard through high school and college and let it all go to bad diet, T.V., and Beer. I felt physically drained and ashamed.
It's been 7 months since surgery and feeling about 80%. Took measurements of the quads and realized I had lost 1.5". How depressing, but I'm starting back from the bottom and working away at it. Nothing more humble than losing it all again.
I think it's great that you did. I love seeing when guys our age refuse to become sedentary like most guys our age. Training is going great. I'm doing my best to minimize the damage Thanksgiving is going to do to me. :)
hehe thankyou! its the sodium lolz... maybe not.. but a chef? that cooks healthy food.. and has aamazing abs? well abs are made in the kitchen righttt. uhmmmm
haha have an awesome day
good for you. I am on the home stretch 10 more days of OT and then I can breathe again. Still getting my workouts in just means late night at the gym, like tonight. lol
Hey bro, good to hear that recovery is going well! That is great. As for the knee, give it some time, it will eventually get there. You are rocking, just stay on top of it :)
