By December of 2004, I had weighed the heaviest I had ever been (about 215 lbs with about 23% BF). After looking at pictures of myself and realizing how much I had let myself go, I decided to turn the situation around.
I participated in a physique challenge at my gym, and was able to lose over 30 lbs. in 8 weeks. I have been able to maintain my weight at 185 lbs and about 13% BF since then.
Recently, I'm becoming more interested in bodybuilding with the goal of possibly even competing in the next couple of years. For now, I'd like to get to a weight of about 190 lbs with 8-10% bodyfat.
Recently, I've had a lapse in training and nutrition, but it's time to put an end to that and get started on a new physique journey. I'd like to compete by the time I'm 35...in two years time. Let the journey begin!

I want to LOSE 20 lb

I'm heading to Mexico on Tuesday, and while I'm obviously looking forward to it, it will be a test to see if I can keep a somewhat decent diet and training schedule and not go too overboard. I don't want to limit myself (I am on vacation after all!) but I don't want to seriously derail...
Hey man! Your pic is sweet...great lines. I want to come on this site more as it gives me the motivation I need, and truthfully, it's so wicked seeing people change. I'm not sure on shows just yet. What's your plan bro? Train hard!!!
never been to a gold's gym before. Although I am really looking forward to going to Peak next week. Nothing but wide open spaces there, lol. The gym I go to is great, tons of equipment, but I find it really crammed in there. No where near the same amount of cardio equipment as peak, and no rower, and I miss that one
Sorry, that's what I meant. Knew it was one of the two, lol. Collicut is really good too if you want a little bit of everything. Tons of stuff to do there for really cheap. I sued to go swimming there all the time, and play the sports in the gym area
i agree--biceps are tough to grow. got some great arm routines from some guys on the site with killer guns. pm me if your interested and i'll get 'em to you.
Thanks. I really liked Peak. I'll be out in about 10 days. So, I'm looking forward to going there for the 2 weeks I'm down. I think the only ones on that side of town that are any good is golds. My sis used to go there
yeah I know! i'll be back in edmonton for the summers and everything, but Ottawa's been good, haha it's nice to change up the scenery once in a while you know? you still working out/training at World Health Club north?
how is it going man? how is the progress. I am doing well 5 days weights (2 days split , with killer abs and chest routines) and 5 days cardio 8 % here we come , look at my thread for details and new pics coming soon
Ya I've been bulking for a while now, in the low 170s now, I've been able to stay pretty lean. Glad ya like the vids, I'm actually almost up to 405 now. How you liking 1-to-1?
