I started off doing cardio kickboxing for fun. Then, two years later I became a Fitness Instructor. I have been a Zumba and a group exercise instructor since then
Why I Love It:
I live a very active lifestyle whether it is through playing beach volleyball, rock climbing or working out. The after feeling gives me a sense of accomplishment knowing that I highly value my health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I came from a family with history of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Keeping that in mind motivates me to stay in shape and eat healthy.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. I will get into the Figure Competition by next year!

This was last holiday season. I was so stressed out that I lost 6 lbs in 3 mos! I was actually considered underweight and I had trouble gaining back to my healthy weight.
I need to get toned. I guess I need to do more cardio and more protein intake!
To compete in Figure Competition and then maintain a healthy, toned physique throughout!
Goal (Long):
Compete in Figure and to network with many people in the fitness field. I also want to own my own studio 10 years from now teaching Zumba, Pilates and Yoga.
