Was a little lean here and stoped training for a whole year but now i want to transform my body. I want to be ripped with a bit of size.
too many good times on holiday and its set me back not looking good just motivation to get stuck in and achieve goal
My short term goal is to loose fat around mid section and get real tight around my core area.
Goal (Long):
My main goal is to gain more size and be totally ripped. I want my core stability to be real strong so ultimatly my back pain will reduce and my technique in lifting heavier weights will improve.
Back from holiday and did an all over body work out to get back into the swing of things did 2 sets on each muscle group and a light cardio session of 30 min at 65 % heart rate. Feeling a bit sore on chest back and biceps today and tonight looking forwared to a big back session if my body will...
Sorry to hear about you bein sick that sucks. Things are good with me. I'm still bulking for my show in October, I'm up to 245 lbs. I've really just been pusing myself hard in the gym. Hope you can get back on track soon.
Just don't over-train them. Alot of people will work out their arms too much... and then they just shrink! Also don't use too much weight. Use a heavy weight for you, but make sure you use good form and and target the muscle group your working. Try doing 4 sets of skullcrushers, 3 sets of dips (weighterd if u can), 4 sets of straight bar curls, 4 sets of seated dumbell curls, and maybe 2 sets of close grip bench. This + adequate calories should have your arms growing. Hope this helps!
I know, who would have thought that would have happened, just glad Fiji didn't do the same to us, they were looking pretty dangerous at one stage! Training never been better, how has yours been going?
yeah i need a beach soon and relax.. Yeah its the workouts making me more tired.. Right now i'm just getting through them, the diet is not helping either just lack of energy.. And this weekend will be my last cheat meal..
Hey man, how's it going for you? Stay focused, work hard, and I think you'll probably find it fairly easy to get back in shape. You have a nice build to you already. Define it....and you'll most likely get pretty ripped.
