thenaturalone What people fail to understand is that as you become stronger, and push progressively heavier weights, that you need to gradually incorportate more recovery time in between workouts to compensate for that increase in stress. When I was 18 I could train chest twice per week and make gains. Now at the age of 37 I can only do it once every 3 weeks. Oct 16, 2011 3:16pm

starclient Z, YES! I would definitely think about doing chest twice a week and have time in between for rest. Perhaps 2x/week heavy; then 2x/week heavy & light? Give it a shot!
