Background

When I Started: Feb 2003
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted, to increase my strength and build muscle, though now I do it mostly to improve my athletic performance.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Keeping in shape helps me focus in my studies, I like being healthy as well as I don't mind having attained a certain level of strenght & stamina.
