Its worse than I thought. Work is turning me back to what I used to be. I seriously don't want to go through this crap again.
The whole summer I spent going to the gym and biking. I was getting leaner, more muscular, and now everything is starting to waste. My body fat increased by 2%....
Monday - legs + 35 min elliptical
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - front + 30 min elliptical
Thursday - legs
Friday - back - mountain bike 12 miles+
Saturday - mountain bike 10 miles+
Sunday - rest or go mountain biking!
Thanks. You've come along way and are progressing very well. My next weigh in is this Thursday with the dietian, I'm hoping to be under 100kgs(220lbs), fingers crossed.
Thanks! I'm workin' hard on these muscles of mine!!! Took me a while to like eating a lot, but that's what ya gotta to do grow muscles! How you doin'? Nice bicep pic, keep it up! :)
ya im a water freak.. lets see.. ran 8 miles, biked 16(to and from the bar sat and sunday), and swam last weekend... i fill in all my cardio with mixed drinks and beer.. its a rough freaking cycle..
