bobby3203 Lol bet you freaked.. Busting your ass for months to shed weight just to have it go back up again.. It pisses you off.. Lol I had to stop the squats it was breaking my body. KG12 is fine but I'm tired all the time and the workouts are soft and I just work through it.. Not having as much fun as I did the first time..
