How I Started:
Although I have been casually working out for a while now, I have only just recently started taking it very seriously. I've been wanting to compete in martial competition for a long time now, and the more I watch and delve into the world of martial arts and MMA etc. The more my passion for it grows, and I have come to realize that the only way to truly succeed in the sport, is to train hard, and not just in technique.
Why I Love It:
I love the endorphin rush, I love looking good, I love being able to do a lot with my body, and I love knowing that what I do is conducive to overall wellbeing. It takes a bit of motivation to get started sometimes, but when I'm lifting weights, or throwing kicks, or pushing it on the rowing machine, I feel like I'm truly achieving something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music, Motion, and Mantras. Long term this isn't the only thing, but its a great way of getting "psyched up" before any workout.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't really got any yet, this will hopefully change.

Goal (Overall):
I want to improve my aesthetics, but most importantly, I want to compete in MMA.
Goal (Long):
I've been a fan of martial arts since I was fairly young, and I've always wanted to compete. - Weight and Aesthetic – 185 lb lean muscular physique. - Consistency – Complete every workout & lesson & stretch & meal & run etc. - Flexibility – High kicks and palms to the floor should be a breeze - Strength – Increase weight at least twice in each exercise by end of 12 weeks (Should be significantly more) - Hand stands & L-seats – Increase time on L-seats and get a foothold on handstands. - Endurance – Be able to use good form through entire martial arts classes. Maybe improve horse stance (But I honestly care very little for static leg endurance.) - Martial skill – Take the lessons seriously and start progressing.

I want to GAIN 20 lb

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Swimming and drills... The rowing machine was all fine and dandy, then I did some serious swimming the other day and it DESTROYED... ME...

Well, after six weeks of pretty solid training, I'm starting to see some good gains. There were a few hitches here and there, and a week out due to illness, but all in all its all progressing nicely.

Problem as of late with my knees; I can't do pistols at the moment without pain in the tendon...

Yeah the girl is mad hot and mad rich, she has houses in south of france, switzerland (ski chalet), italy, spain, germany etc haha grr im jelous. thats cool. I used to live in Greenwhich until i was about 2 years old then we moved to the countryside (nr sevenoaks) Whats it like living in the City? I have a girlfriend that lives in hammersmith and has a few houses in the countryside and she says its really fun living in city but its awesome to visit countryside (relaxing)
