How I Started:
I have always enjoyed being in the gym. Then about 5 years ago I ran into a friend in the bar I was working at, I hadn't seen him since high school. He'd lost a lot of weight an gained some good muscle. We hung out more often an working out with him helped keep me motivated.
Why I Love It:
That sore feeling the next day. And it's the only time I get for mysefl, to put on headphones and just really get into something.

I only eat 3 solid meals and 3 shakes a day. 6 meals is just too much food and time but I still want the protien. I try to keep my protien around 300 grams and my calories between 2500 and 3000.
