I have been injured for a little while now, and really have not taken the rest I need to recover.
After seeing that I still have muscle after not working out upper body for 6 weeks makes me feel ok.

Since I cant do any upper body I decided to start to prepare myself for my future endeavors in hell. So I came up with "Triday". Heres how my day went.
Go to bed at 3:30am
Wake up at 7am and register for a 5k run around parts of downtown DenverĀ (Time)21:24
then go and swim...
