Background
Never walked into a gym until five and a half years ago at the age of 44, very overweight. Can't believe that I didn't do it many years prior. Have been going regularly since.
The good feeling after a hard workout; seeing my body be transformed.

Day 4: Legs (Quads, Hams, Calves)
Day 5: Chest/Abs

Additional cardio and abs when I feel like it.
