Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My Shoulder Deltoid. Still a bit injured.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They dont use proper technique

Hey! Thanks for the add! I worked legs twice a week for about 3 months, and I do a full circuit ab routine 3-4 times a week that really hits every muscle and hits it hard! The video I follow is on my page under my favorite videos (stevep78's full circuit ab routine) I modify some of the exercises and sometimes throw in some different ones. Also diet is key... once I started really sticking to my meal plan my results kicked into high gear!
