do not have a set program, still in the works, any tips would be helpfull.
the forearms are usually through'in in with the tri's and bi's so day 4 is more of a **** off...

they really do nohting for your pecs at all, its been proven..
the dips will take care of the bottom half of your chest..

help youself by doing this..drop the declines, they are nothing more than an ego lift..
dont do crossovers until you get the size you want, they are more for detailing cuts..
incline barbell: 4 sets 8-12
flat dbell: 3 sets 8-12
incline dbell: 3 sets 8-12
dips: 3 sets 8-12
